Return Policy

All items purchased at Trade Shows or through Retail Locations are subject to an Exchange Only.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a Jewelry Item, you may return it to Fionz Fine Jewelry & Gems [www.fionz.com] within 30 days of the date of receipt of the item for a full refund of your purchase price, excluding Shipping & Handling, Gift Packaging, Labor and Workmanship etc. Loose Gemstones and Loose Diamonds can be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt of the item. Loose Certified Diamonds with Original Certificates cannot be returned.

Refunds will be in the original form of payment, except for wire transfers which will be refunded via Certified Company Check. If the returned merchandise involves lay-away then 10% deposit will be non-refundable. The returned merchandise must be accompanied by Proof of Purchase and all original Documentation and Packaging otherwise, the Return will not be Honored.

All items upon receipt are inspected for any signs of wear and tear prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits. New and unused condition means that there are no scratches, marks, blemishes and the security tags are still attached. The item must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with an indication that it has been used.

Return Instructions:

  • Repack the merchandise in its original packaging materials, including all paperwork. For Diamonds, please enclose the original copy of the matching or identifying certificates.
  • Cut out the pre-printed return shipping label from your original packing and affix it to the outside of the box with masking tape. Ship your return prepaid and insured for the full purchase price by a carrier that offers package tracking such as United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express.
  • Please allow 7-10 Business Days for the processing and reimbursement of funds.

Stones like Kunzite, Tourmaline of all colors, Peridot, Aquamarine, Precious Topaz, Emerald from Panjshir, Ruby from Jagdalek, Pink Spinel from Tajikistan are bought by our expert team in the form of rough in big lots (sometimes in kilograms) and then cut in our own lapidary under the supervision of the same team. Stones are bought very carefully making sure that the lot is without any treatment. But, in case the lot has a stone with some treatment in it, in 99% of the cases the treatment shall be exposed during the cutting process. It is very rare that sometimes a slight treatment is not identified and a stone is sold as an untreated stone, but the chances of that are very slim.
