Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Mondays through Fridays 10:30AM - 6:00PM PST, excluding holidays). If we encounter any difficulties processing or shipping your order then you will be contacted either via E-mail or Phone.
You will receive an Order Confirmation E-mail informing you of the specific carrier used for delivery as well as the shipment Tracking Number for your order.
We ship via UPS, Fed Ex and USPS. We do not deliver to a P.O. Box Address. International orders are delivered within 10-14 Business Days after the item has been shipped. The estimated order delivery time includes the time it takes to process your order as well as handling of the item through the Customs.
Under normal circumstances, most orders ship out within 24-48 Hours. However, in case of large order volumes, weather conditions or any circumstances beyond our control, we will do our utmost to ship your order out as soon as possible.
If an item you ordered is out of stock then you will be contacted via Telephone and/or E-mail in order to advise you of the expected delay and provide you with your options. You can choose to wait for the item, select another available product or cancel your order.
